History
Built in 1829, the villa has played host to such illustrious names as James Joyce, who would while away the hot summer afternoons as a guest of the Lixl family in the shade of the huge horse-chestnut tree which graces the entrance.

A three-storey 19th-century residence in its own magnificent grounds (4,200 sq. metres) five minutes from the city centre. Restored in line with its historical features and furnished with taste and attention to detail: spacious lounge and well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms.

Two large double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, are located on the first floor. On the second floor are two attic-style double bedrooms and one bathroom.
